From within the fog, something moved!
Posted in Uncategorized on October 29, 2008 by maryeasonA thick white fog descended around her, making it impossible to see anything, including the hotel, and doubling the deafening silence of the night. Jessie couldn’t move, she was too afraid of what lay within it.
Something caught her attention. From within the fog, something moved. The cloud shifted, swirling away and a huge black wolf turned back to her, its unwavering, piercing yellow eyes watching her.

To anyone who’s ever picked up a paranormal romance book and fallen in love…
Posted in Uncategorized on October 28, 2008 by maryeasonTo anyone who’s ever picked up a paranormal romance book and fallen in love…Here’s another excerpt from: Everything But Goodbye:
Prince Viktor Brincoveanu gazed into the murky waters of the lake while the breeze stirring the trees above him seemed to whisper her name.
Gabrielle’.
Her presence embraced him. He could almost feel her, touch her. Taste her. If he closed his eyes, she would be there, as always, never far from him.
It was both a blessing and a curse that this constancy still had the power to bring useless tears to his eyes after all these years. But then, it had been this hope, the hope that one day she would return to him, that had given him the strength to endure all the long empty years of darkness. The will to survive the nightmare of his existence.
His life.
Her memory would be forever branded in his heart.

Lili.
Without a shadow of doubt, she knew she hadn’t been dreaming. It wasn’t just another nightmare, awakening her from a sound sleep to this terrifying, uneasy silence. The feeling grew stronger with each passing second, warning her clearly of the danger that now surrounded Lili, as well as herself.
For hundreds of years, he’s waited for her to be reborn. But can Jessie Seville accept love from a mysterious man who claims to have her best interests at heart. >>

Three hundred years before Jessie Seville’s birth the Curse of the Lamia fell upon the dark mysterious land of Romania and all but destroyed the Royal Brincoveanu family. It was a curse that truly knew no boundaries, not even the royal blood of its own prince.
